What we do
Five things, done properly, for people who live in Britain and have something in Spain. Every price is on the page before you speak to anyone.
Spanish inheritance
Someone has died owning property in Spain. Six-month tax deadline, a different governing law, and a notary who needs documents your UK solicitor has never had to produce. From £2,400, or £350 to find out what you are dealing with first.
The annual Spanish tax return
Every non-resident owner owes one each year, let or not. Most British owners have never filed one and discover it when they sell. £180 a year, or £110 per year owed if you are behind.
Spanish wills
Starting with whether you need one, which quite often you do not. £295 where you do.
Selling
Handled by power of attorney so you need not travel, including reclaiming the 3% withheld from non-resident sellers. 1%, minimum £1,500.
Buying
Independent checks before you pay a deposit, £750. The full purchase at 1%, minimum £1,500.
NIE and power of attorney
The two documents that mean you do not have to get on a plane. £295.
For solicitors and will-writers
Written opinions on Spanish law, and the Spanish assets in estates you are administering. Same prices we charge direct.
