Most Spanish firms answer a price question with “contact us for a quote”. These are the prices. Each one also says what it does not cover, because that is the part that causes the arguments.

What the fee is not
Everything above is our own fee. Spanish taxes, notary fees and registry fees are separate, are paid by you directly to the Spanish authorities or to the notary, and never pass through our account. We put every one of those figures in writing, with a payment map showing who to pay, how much and by when, before you instruct us. How money moves is set out here.
Paid securely by card. You have the right to cancel within 14 days; if you ask us to start work sooner, you will be charged only for the work done up to the point you cancel.
